Key Lime Pie #2 (we are aware #1 is missing)

You are probably wondering about KL pie #1.  We ate it last night but it was not traditional KL pie so we are skipping to #2.  The first pie was a whipped-topping type pie.  Today's pie was almost too beautiful to eat....but we did.
